13.2 Assignment

13.2.2 The Terms and Conditions have been drafted in the English language and shall be so construed. Any translation of the Terms and Conditions is for reference purposes only. Where any inconsistency between the English language version and a translated version exists, the former shall always prevail.

13.2.3 Trinidad Hospitality Sdn. Bhd. is a private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Malaysia.
